About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Schedules:  Organize and manage the daily schedule of the executives, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met without a hitch.
  • Preparing Documents: Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and management letters with a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinating Events: Organize and manage meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Developing Presentations: Prepare high-quality presentations that effectively communicate key information to various stakeholders.
  • Cross-departmental Liaison: Act as a bridge between executives and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring that information flows smoothly throughout the organization.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring that all communications and documents are secure.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
