Position: HVAC Technician
Location: Qatar
Experience Required: 2–3 years of Gulf experience in Facility Management
Visa Status: Transferable visa holders only

Key Responsibilities
- As an HVAC Technician at Value FM, your primary duties will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units.
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Ensuring systems comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with other maintenance and engineering staff for system upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Gulf experience in facility management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Valid and transferable Qatari visa.
