- Arranging for delivery to be picked up at or delivered to the airport, as well as the shipper’s or recipient’s location.
- Arranging for the pick-up and delivery of the items in conjunction with the shipper, consignee, and operations employees.
- Getting the POD signed and giving it to the operations executive as soon as possible.
